Kalveri Mount (Calvary Mount) Heaven On Earth
Kalvari Mount or Calvary Mount is a prominent tourist destination in Idukki district, Kerala. This hill is a picture perfect frame with an endless beauty of Idukki reservoir. Greenish mountains and valleys with isolated small green islands of wild trees make this place look like a piece of heaven.
During the time of October to February Kalvari mount will give us a picturesque view of Idukki dam reservoir with clear sky, shining blue waters with pleasant weather.
During monsoon the rocks will be slippery and it may disrupt the travel paths.

Its approximately 7 kilometers away from Idukki Dam and 62 kilometers from Munnar. Public transportation is also available from Idukki, Kattapana & Kumily. There is an entry fee of 40 rupees to visit Kalvari Mount. Now a days they allow only UPI transactions.
